Global Policy
Global Policy analysis is the one area where I most appreciate the input of citizens outside the United States. Unfortunately, prioritizing global issues is generally more about response to world threats than world opportunities. Therefore, the relevance, weight and prioritization for most global policies changes frequently and without advance notice.
The intent for the below proposed policies is to suggest the most practical means to achieve solutions to the world's most pressing issues. Each policy recommendation is framed with the end result in mind and in manner that can achieve measured progress and forecasted success.

The world is smaller, more tightly integrated and more fluid. No country or citizen is immune from the successes or failures, triumphs or tragedies occurring throughout the world. When governments fail to act, it is left to the world's citizens to articulate vision, exhibit leadership, show direction and implement solutions. The Global Policies pondered and proposed on this site provide recommendations for such vision and implementation for a select few critical issues.
